We used Dotmocracy to tackle problems in workplace investigations. Dotmocracy was an incredibly effective, participatory method to have workers identify workplace problems and then specific solutions. It allowed them to be an integral part of the process from start to finish, allowed buy-in, and left no one feeling vulnerable or at risk of losing their jobs.
