What is "Advanced Dotmocracy"?

It also follows a specific set of rules & requirements.

The Advanced Dotmocracy process was created by Canadian stakeholder engagement consultant Jason Diceman and is continually matured in its defintion through the pages published on this website, and specifically in the Official Dotmocracy Handbook, available for free download.
